Like this is what set me off. You can make that point, but make it constructive. "The FBI has jurisdiction." It validates what the person said, instead of invalidating by only negating. Her statement makes it sound like nothing can be done, and that she's pro-child exploitation (which was why the FCC was invoked). If she's a lawyer, how can she not understand nuance & consideration like that? It's not about the law or justice for her, it's about some ego thing for her to prove, I'd say.
