Help! I don’t want to lose my momentum, I’m trying for 7 days of my exercise program and I’ve done 3/3.
Tomorrow is tricky I wake up to serve breakfast to our inn guests for 8 am, I work 9:45 - 6:30 then have an event after.
Where do I fit it in? Sunrise is at 6:30. Can’t do it after the event too dark.
