I am doctor (internist) but i rarely go to scheduled appointments late, if ever man emergency i have to inform my secretary and she should inform the patient as well. Sadly walang regulatory boards for that that I know of, but maybe try PRC

Hi, Sa clinic ba ang pasyente? If sa clinic hindi sya priority ng doctor since may mga emergency na need to attend to, we are always on call, like in my specialty di ko naman nahuhulaan kung kelan maglabor ang pasyente and if may schedule OR naman na pwede din umabot from 3-5 hours OR time. If emergency lagi may doctor na titingin sa emergency room, and may triage to tag na yung patient needs an immediate intervention. About sa records hindi kami may hawak, nasa medical records.

If it’s an emergency case at kailangan maharap ng doktor, sa ER yan. But if it’s just a checkup, you need to be patient. Most doctors nagra-rounds pa or galing pa sa ibang clinics. Sa ibang bansa nga dumadaan pa sa triage. At kung di naman talaga urgent eh after 2 weeks ka pa makita ng doktor.
