Why is it that in Malaysia, you are constantly cut off when waiting to be served. Someone entitled will walk up to the counter to ask a question without waiting for their turn. The staff will stop in their tracks and be sidetracked. This can be a deviation of 10 seconds up to minutes! Why do they think this is OK? I do put my foot down numerous times and they are just stunned.
