I see loads of people complaining their feeds are full of accounts they don’t follow. I also see people complaining their reels are not getting to non-followers. The 2 are mutually exclusive. If you want to reach non-followers then expect to see new accounts. Just make sure you are engaging with the accounts you enjoy and they’ll be top of your feed. Likewise produce content that’s worthy of engagement to stay in followers’ feeds.
