Viewed a house yesterday. Location & rent price are PERFECT. House itself is charming, everything we need. Agent said they'd let us know by 1st thing in the morning. No word. Feeling discouraged & started trying to find fault w/it to soften the blow. Finally called agent. Landlord is away & hasn't responded. It's down to us & 1 other applicant; not decided yet. We're still in the running! Now trying to put those faults out of my head (main one being moving sooner than we'd ideally like, nbd).
