i usually break my fast at 9.30am
i've been doing this for almost 6months and i can feel significant benefits, especially my weight easily to be in control.
so far i reduce my weight in easier way about 15kg in 4month,
but the total i've been cut is about 28kg from 88on september 2022
before i find this metode ive been doing trial error of many diet way.
