I always love visiting teams in the field — I get a dose of Amazon culture each time I step into one of our buildings. And I know I’m not alone in that. On my recent trip to Minnesota, I met employees like Scott Block at MSP1, who said the first time he walked into an Amazon building he knew right away that this is where he wanted to be. Eight years later, he’s a Learning Trainer and loves coaching people, and he appreciates that every day at Amazon is a new challenge.
