As crew, I have never ever watched an award show. Nor has an award ever changed anything. If you research the history of why the Oscar’s were actually created then you may not have such a dream. Unless you don’t care about your crew at all and only yourself then dream on!

I like this question. Its quite introspective. I've asked myself a few times if my dream is too big. And someone i respect taught me that a dream is never too big, but how we move forward into that dream is truly where the joy of the journey lies. Because, once you attain that big huge dream, the "high" is fleetingly quick to dissapate. Then you are sad it is over.
