I turn off notifications for 2 hrs/day for deep work. But I still feel focused most of the day because I don't feel like I need to open all the tabs to check for updates. Instead, I get a notification when any of the following happens: ~ incoming DM's from any platform ~ emails to our biz email, text messages, phone calls, etc. ~ comments on any post on any channel (except Threads, for now.) ~ incoming chat from our chat widget ~ posts or comments in our communities, courses, & blog posts
