The search categories for one item are "too vague" .... well then give us more options for search categories or let us actually look through ALL of them rather than giving an arbitrary selection that you think I might want. and 3. 4 of my items didn't have a return policy listed which, admittedly, was news to me since the return policy is shop-wide and was automatically added to every other listing.

This is what they mean. Just upped the brightness, lightened the highlights and shadows. Upped sharpness a bit, and centered your product with the crop. It would be even better to remove the shadow, and put the focus only on the hat. It helps sales to edit my photos, but tbh it has nothing to do with Star seller.
