I knew intuitively that I could move energy with my intention and with my hands. My teachers (and my soul, and my guides, and the plants, and my ancestors…) taught me how. Within a year I started seeing clients. Over the years I’ve learned from other teachers and deepened my understanding of energy medicine. And now, as an herbalist, I see how plants help in the process of balancing energy and healing. If we allow them, they become our teachers and our healers.
