Gov now want to uphold Regs introduced by Braverman that permit officers to restrict protest where more than minor disruption MAY occur through considerarion of cumulative disruption over time. These regulations reduce protest to a toothless ritual of nothing more than holding a placard on the pavement. A former human rights barrister should know better than to pursue this appeal.
