Training question. On a 2 day split I do squats, SDL, leg extensions and leg curls. Then chest. The next day I do deadlifts and back and shoulders. Is it ok to do SDL and deadlift on consecutive days? I’m using light weights. Ok to leave SDL where they are on leg day? Third workout of the week is full body with no SDL or deadlifts.
