You can usually tell a fake/bot when the only pictures they've posted were posted all on the same day because they likely created an account and wanted to post a lot to make it look legit. Sometimes, but not all the time, they will be following close to the max people you can - I think it's 7500 and have no posts, and no profile picture. Another big sign - their username looks like a full name ex. - Johnny Smith but their bio says a different name, ex. Mary Brown.
