At my last UAB Neurology appointment my RN, Tracy who has been my nurse for years, wrote this when she walked in. Tracy is an amazing nurse and a beautiful person. Not only is their entire staff incredibly intelligent, they make me feel like they truly care about me as a person. ❤️
