While my intervals yesterday morning were enjoyable as I love pushing hard, it’s a bit of a jaw dropper to see that I can maintain my goal pace of 4:30-4:00min / km for only less than 1 minute 🥵
While I was more fit than that about 20 yrs ago, I’m a long way from that now
But I know the process; marginal gains over long periods add up to large gains
I will get there
