Switching prices around based on their mood or whatever they are pissed off about today. There is a really talented nail artist in the town I used to live in & I refused to go to her,even though she was probably one of the best around because of her online rants seemed so tacky and low class & I didn’t want to be around that energy or risk being the reason 4 a rant.
