Today was wild to say the least. Some solid bumps in the road. Everyone was having a bit of a rough day. I even stepped on a nail.. first time ever. I don’t recommend! Thankfully it didn’t go deeper than it did but damn. Just another one of those reminders to breathe. Take a step back. Scream it out. Move your body. Get that stagnant energy flowing out. You can do this. 👏🏻 And yes, my foot hurts and now I’m hobbling around 😂
