Anybody have any tips for dealing with hot flashes, or specificly Endo related hot flashes. Thanks to the changes I have made to my diet to help with other Endo symptoms I am now dealing with pretty horrible hot flashes, which don't get me wrong are still better then the pain I was dealing with but suck in a new way.
