One of the most important realizations I've had this year is that if someone doesn't make time for me, I shouldn't go out of my way to make time for them. It's simply not worth it. If my absence doesn't bother them, then my presence will be worthless. I won’t force any relationships to stay. It’s not worth the fight. If it flows, it flows, if it crashes, it crashes. It is what it is.
