"the U.S. Al Safety Institute to receive access to major new models from each company prior to and following their public release." I believe this is an important step towards a safer deployment of AI even though I'm not sure if they will have a way to put pressure and block a product release in case they identify potential threats. Also would be nice that the U.S isn't the only government to have a say in it... but hey, it's a start!
