Americans... this is why we are paying so much more for so many things the last 4 years. Not Trump or Biden being president but private corporate executives seeing an opportunity to hike prices, blame it on "market forces", and rob us all to increase their profits. The way that our government does fail us though - indirectly - is by letting and even incentivizing this sort of thing to happen by not regulating the right things the right ways to moderate or stop it.
