Just some thoughts as the small business I’m working for is closing down (I do creative and marketing work as well as sales): 1) People can really, truly lack perspective and empathy. I’m not asking you for pity that we’re closing down cos shit happens but your tray having the smallest scratch on it and you insisting on a refund is the least of my concerns.
