I started with one and still use it for my cinnamon roll dough and Texas Roadhouse copycat rolls because I can pop it in there and forget about it for 1.5 hours but the shape of the baked bread wasn’t for me. I hand make all my bread but won’t ever get rid of it just because of those two items 🤣
