Is it me or it's annoying when your next company wants the reference numbers for your superiors in your last job? Not that they would say anything bad... but I just don't like them knowing where I'm heading next or what I'll be doing with my life. I don't mind one of them knowing, but I'd rather the rest be kept in the dark.
