You know, as I think about it, I can understand why so many hard-right media people found Gus Walz's outpouring of love and pride in his father weird and off putting. Think about it: can you imagine anyone loving Ann Coulter that much? Being so moved by love for and pride in her that they'd stand with tears streaming down their faces, pointing at her and joyously crying, "That's my Mom!"???
