Validate your product

Freemium is very time consuming on the service side - great for growth, but horrible to deal with, depending on the product. Hire a designer for UI - will save more time than you could imagine. Use “boiler plates” - they take care of the 100,000 things that is the same from app to app. Payments, basic infrastructure, etc. with those alone you can have an app in a few days. Share in public when you’re building, if you can handle it, it’s a super power. That’s a good start
