I had a highly judgmental coworker (thankfully from a different department) who had a habit of criticizing/complaining about something in every conversation. One year I got her at a “secret Santa” drawing. I gifted her a lighted desktop mirror. No idea if she ever “got” the intended message (I could tell others did) but I got it off my chest.
