So saw the bar. Only draw back is they currently only have a beer and wine license but 3-6 months we will have full liquor ( made 2 different offers ) and they will accept one. She really wants us to take over quite fast but it doesn’t need much to turn over. Now to staff it and make a menu, fix the kitchen and make the outdoor area super nice, name it market it and rock it
