Aesthetically it’s been abysmal for the most part for most of this century. Either bland and homogenous or over-worked to ridiculous levels. I’ll argue that it’s more an obsession with profits by concentrating on bloated pickups and SUV’s. Truly fuel efficient cars are in the minority.
