Please don’t try these lactation cookies, tea etc. They gave my baby nasty diarrhea. Eat well, stay hydrated and sleep as much as you can. If you have the energy and time, try pumping more often. I was pumping every 2 hours including at night and after 3-4 days I saw results. But it’s exhausting and if you don’t have help, it’s very hard, almost impossible.
