After a bout of plastering today I decided I’d have a quick test on the bed while it all went off. Next thing I feel is a pain, then another and another. On slapping my shorts a good few times a wounded European hornet fell out. This beggar was about 1.5” long. Anyway I’ve realised two things. First thing European hornets failed to impress me and next time wear underwear. Luckily it was only my leg that got the slap.
