Celebrating perfect attendance is not only classest but also ableist. All the students who had no say in if they got to attend just get left out. Doctors appointments, illness, car problems, addict parents. Why don't those kids get a party? Because there parents over slept because they they worked till 4a.m.

幾秒內	Michelle Frias _bipolar_blonde_	Or because there moms been passed out for 3 days and they don't know the way. Or maybe their they were up 12 times last night with low blood sugars. Or maybe they got another lung infection and can't risk the germs? Celebrating children for doing good and working hard is wonderful. But STOP celebrating kids for things outside their control.
