As much as I love Hyaluronic acid - HA - (top 1 skincare ingredient) here are my 2 contraindications for this ingredient: i. Eye cream - HA in (under) eye cream has to be a case by case basis, not a “One size fits all.” If you have puffy under eyes/eye bags, please refrain from using creams that contain this ingredient ii. Hand moisturizer: your hand creams etc should not contain HA. Long story short, you’ll end up with dry, ashy skin if you use HA containing creams & constantly wash your hands!
