All you have to do to see how he'll approach this is to look at his first term in office. He appointed far right, anti-abortion radicals to the bench (to the Supreme Court, but also to the lower courts). He is the reason Roe v Wade was overturned. His judiciary picks did this and everyone with any understanding of judicial politics wasn't a bit surprised. He surrounds himself with anti choice, anti birth control, anti IVF wingnuts who want to impose their religious beliefs on everyone.
