he followed, until it became super creepy. He made every effort to get ahead of any vehicles behind me and stay on my tail. I typically don’t have a single “Flight” response in my body but that morning I wasn’t in the mood for games so I dialed ES & pulled into a familiar & busy gas station. He drove off after that and when the cops showed up I tried to say it might have been coincidence but they weren’t having it. I appreciate the kind cop who stayed and kept watch to make sure I was safe. 2/2.

I honked (just a quick beep) at a woman who was changing lanes into my car, just to let her know I was there. I wasn’t mad; just trying to be safe. She continued on and I did too. I was behind her, leaving plenty of space. She exited at the same exit I needed. When I exited, she freaked out and started recording me with her phone over her shoulder. She clearly thought I was following her. I just wanted to get home and she ended up taking the NEXT THREE TURNS I was taking. 1/2

In Texas I am extremely careful. There is a gun violence permission structure going on here and you never know if some rager will pull out a gun. There aren’t many who do, but I don’t want to be part of that small percentage.
