So this is probably a long shot, but I’m hoping to find people who get this. About four years ago I started to develop some weird pain. It started in the sides of my abdomin. It started in January. By March I ended up in a coma. I am a type one diabetic and the pain was causing me not to eat. This put me into a diabetic coma. I woke up three days later in the ICU. The last thing I remembered was laying down, rolling over and giving up. 1/?

Diabetes 1+2 can cause gastroparesis and neuropathies, it is conceivable that this could be related to your diabetes, but is really hard to tell at this point.1/2

I was having intermittent pain sometimes severe (although yours sounds way worse) and it turned out to be adhesions wrapped around all my organs. I had all the scans and they were never able to see them. I finally went to a surgeon who eventually removed them.
15 小時內	existential.ly.exhausted	What about maybe a hypermobility/connective tissue disorder that could maybe cause ribs to displace or impinge or affect ligaments or fascia or cartilage including surrounding organs? And/or maybe some kind of vascular issue that could reduce blood flow to tissues or organs? ❤️‍🩹
