What makes him not a good critic, when he does all the things that makes one a good critic

I feel like I would trust a person with a more similar palette to mine to tell me food is good. I don’t actually need a “real” food critic 😭

Do they have to go to school for that because far as I see it, he is and he can.

I thought he said he just “eat food with his family” and his opinion is not gospel.

He never said he was a good critic. People gave him that title. He was basically trying to give struggling businesses help with with marketing and food tasting. Because some people don't really know what the food critic is they gave him that title. But he has kept hundreds of restaurant owners in business by visiting their restaurants.  What he visits it's up to the public to keep those restaurants going.

A food critic is anyone that eats food and has an opinion about how good the food is or isn't.

He never said he was though. That’s the part yall not understanding.

Who thinks he’s a professional food critic?

he’s not and it doesn’t matter. he has enough influence to bring a restaurant down. it’s too late for little titles and shit

We know he’s a good reviewer … who focuses on small businesses
