Why shouldn’t they be allowed to ‘cherrypick’ tenants? If you had a property wouldn’t you want to rent to the most financially stable person?

So a single parent isn't financially stable ?? I rented as a single mum with a good job and never claimed benefits, I worked full time and paid all my rent and bills with money left over, it's discrimination !

Because (almost) all property is theft and no one should be allowed to own more than one house. Time to fight back against capitalist hyenas and economic leeches.

Ot doesn't work like that. I've encountered people with well paid jobs who stop paying rent. That is no guarantee. Anyone could lose their job at any time, or hit financial hardships

No-we have normalised landlords buying and renting home to make money; this practice is inherently wrong given that housing is a human right. If you cannot afford to buy a home outright to rent, don’t put the pressure of your mortgage or your lack of a proper job onto a tenant

I guess it's also the reason your CVs are blind, so you don't get to employ just young and pretty people, some people have this crazy idea that everyone needs equal rights to have a roof above their heads
