It’s a diet worm. If you swallow it, you’re guaranteed to lose weight fast. I will suggest swallowing it to be 100% sure.

Looks like a huuge round worm or hook worm regardless it definitely came out of an animal, possibly a bear is where I’ve seen them look sooo large and in charge 😬
