I have a @macys card because I happen to love their sheets and get a lot of work clothes from there. I recently bought some things on sale there and had to return 3/4. When I returned them within the 30day period, everything was discounted again and I only was refunded the new sell price. How is this possible in the first 30 days? They made an extra $80+ off of me and I feel like such a sucker.

I gave that card back during Covid and deleted that app so fast bcz they were charging me a NYC resident 8.875% sales tax on ALL clothing and shoes that I purchased under $109. However, we don’t pay taxes on said items withing that price range. When I brought it to the attention of a rep when I called, he was like yes we have been charging you I see BUT… he didn’t give a solution!!! Delete and don’t shop there anymore.. Hey Nordstroms 🩵
