I was a crime reporter out of college. So I just can't with true crime. As a psychic/medium the paranormal feels less scary and more manageable somehow.

I used to LOVE true crime, but reflecting back on it I think it was morbid curiosity and wanting to be prepared. I can’t deal with it now bc I feel the violence in my body. Paranormal freaks me out beyond compare and I will not touch an ouija board in my life if I can help it!!!

Personally I've noticed that the splenic center and Cognition can affect this! With inner vision true crime is too real personally, I'll start getting scary images flashing in mind any time I see something irl that reminds me of something I heard or read about. I've also noticed people with undefined spleens being more interested in horror/ true crime than people with defined spleens. That center deals with safety, so they can learn through hearing/ observing others in life or death situations.
