The main driver of weight loss is nutrition. So luckily, you don’t have to workout. It would be great, but you don’t have to. I’d imagine you eat 3-5x a day, meals and snacks. Those total calories you intake would need to place you into a calorie deficit. If you’re unsure of where that deficit number is, I have a free plan or calculator on my main page if you want to plug in your numbers.

Focus on your nutrition with low decifit + low impact exercise sessions of 1-2 minutes each. Do it with a professional that matches your past experiences with weight loss.
