LADIES!!!! I need help. My 12 year old has her period (has been having it since May) but this is the first time she is in tears from cramping pains. What can I do to help relive the pain and/or help her out?

Tell her to hang in there for 20 minutes or so until it takes effect. A good help for painful monthly cramps going forward is to move her body more in day to day life. If she’s already active & ibuprofen doesn’t help, then see a doctor. Hugs.
