Same 400m repeat workout. Edged out my previous PR by one second! I'm not sure how my big fall 5k will turn out, but my top speed is definitely up from where it was a year ago. Here's hoping I have the endurance to go the distance on race day 🙏🏽
What I was most impressed by this workout was not my PR, though, but my ability to pace myself and go steadily faster as the intervals went on. Getting much better at pacing at this speed.
