I will never get over how galling it is that so many people's first impulse is to confidently state that a thing you like is trash. Not "I'm not a big fan", not "oh I didn't like it at all"... Nope. That thing you like? Trash. Slop. Garbage. And when called out on this behavior, they have the audacity to hide behind the defense that they're not insulting *you*.
