Sometimes to find your peace you have to cut yourself away from what you want to keep , but you also have to show bosses that if your not the correct fit then they csn find somebody better then you. I did not want to leave but I had to go because new site directors are toxic and I rather have peace then get fired because we don't see eye to eye
