When I read posts that compare any famous K-drama actor’s singing ability (who were not trained orignally in singing) as equal to an idol it makes me pause. (For context I am a professional classical musician who has played behind some of the most famous singers, both opera and pop). I also suffer from the scourge of perfect pitch (believe me, its not a fun quality in reality). Off the top of my head I can name some actors who are great singers; Ji Chang Wook and Park Jin-joo spring to mind….
