People of Rockland… There is an elderly man that walks N. Main St. very slowly every night. It’s around 11 PM to 1130 that I see him walking. He looks like he’s a little bit disabled and wears dark clothes so if you’re driving down N. Main St. at that time of night watch out for him. I just happened to catch his white socks in my headlights. Drive slowly down that Stretch he’s there every night.
